Q&A / FAQ generator with FAQPage schema

What it is

The Q&A FAQ generator creates reusable sets of question/answer pairs and outputs them with FAQPage JSON-LD schema — the format answer engines favour. Each set is a custom content type you can drop into any page with a shortcode or Gutenberg block, rendered as an accessible <details> accordion. The answers feed the ## FAQ section of your llms.txt automatically, and AISA can spin up a dedicated /faq/ page for you.

WordPress admin menu: AISA → Q&A FAQ Generator. In a page or post, insert [geo_qa id="123"] or the "Q&A / FAQ" block.

Requirements & tier

An AI provider must be configured to auto-generate pairs (Cloud credits or your own key). The Free version allows a single Q&A set with a capped number of questions; Premium unlocks unlimited sets and questions. Generated pairs are always editable drafts — never auto-published blindly.

How to use

  1. Open AISA → Q&A FAQ Generator and add a new set.
  2. Pick the Source (free topic, Brand Context, or one of your pages), the language, the AI provider and how many questions.
  3. Press Generate Q&A, then tick which suggested pairs to insert; drag to reorder. Aim for answer-first replies (key fact in the first sentence).
  4. Optionally enable "Number the questions" and "single-open accordion".
  5. Save, then embed with [geo_qa id="..."], the block, or press "Create dedicated page".

  • Does it emit FAQPage schema? Yes, as JSON-LD in the head, with a guard to avoid duplicating your SEO plugin's schema.
  • How many sets in Free? One set, with a maximum number of questions; Premium removes both limits.
  • Are answers published automatically? No — generated pairs are drafts you review before inserting.
  • What language are questions in? Auto (from the content) or a language you pick: IT, EN, DE, FR, ES.
  • Do the FAQs reach llms.txt? Yes, the FAQ section is re-synced whenever a set changes.
  • Can I style the accordion? Yes, in AISA → Settings → Appearance, the last tab of the settings: palettes and colour mapping onto your theme or builder (Elementor, Astra, Kadence and more), with a live preview. It used to be a menu item of its own; it is a tab now, next to the admin theme.
  • Can I move my sets to another site? Yes. They travel inside the settings export, from AISA → Utility, with the Include Q&A sets checkbox; on import you choose whether to skip the sets already there or replace them. The same fact read the other way: if you let WordPress remove all plugin data on uninstall, the sets go with it, so export them first.

Troubleshooting

If generation fails, confirm a provider is configured and enabled. If accented characters look broken on older sets, AISA repairs common European characters on read. If "Create dedicated page" asks you to save first, save your unsaved changes and click it again. The standard /faq/ slug de-duplicates to faq-2 if one already exists.
