What has been announced?
Milano, Italy, August 30, 2026 — Ingenium Project announces that AISA — AI SEO & GEO Assistant has been approved and is now published in the official WordPress.org plugin directory. The plugin, which brings artificial intelligence into WordPress SEO management, had until now been distributed only through the vendor’s own website: from today it can be installed in one click from more than forty million WordPress sites worldwide.
The official listing is at wordpress.org/plugins/aisa-ai-seo-geo-assistant. The published release is version 1.99.993, compatible with WordPress 5.9 through 7.1 and PHP 8.0 or higher.
What is AISA?
AISA (AI SEO & GEO Assistant) is a WordPress plugin that uses artificial intelligence to generate a site’s SEO elements — titles, meta descriptions, focus keyphrases, image alt texts, structured data — and prepares it for generative engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. It works alongside existing SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress, AIOSEO), writing into their native fields, or entirely on its own.
One-Click SEO
Optimizes an entire site with a single command, in the background: titles, meta descriptions, keyphrases and AI context generated item by item.
llms.txt and AI Context
Automatically generates the llms.txt file and a semantic context built for generative engines — the part traditional SEO plugins don’t cover.
Alt text with AI vision
The model genuinely “looks” at the image and writes a relevant alt text and title: real help for both accessibility and Google Images.
Your own API keys
Eight supported providers — DeepSeek, GLM, Grok, Mistral, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. Users connect their own keys and pay actual consumption to the provider: the plugin does not resell tokens.
What does joining the directory change?
Before Distributed from the website
The file had to be downloaded and uploaded manually, and every update meant repeating the process. A barrier for anyone without technical confidence.
From today One click from the dashboard
Plugins → Add New → “AISA” → Install. Updates arrive automatically, under the same security process as every other plugin in the directory.
“I wanted people without the budget for a consultant to still get SEO done properly. With AISA you connect your own API keys and pay cents per optimization: the plugin doesn’t resell tokens and doesn’t impose artificial limits to push you into upgrading. Being in the official directory means anyone can now try it in one click — and for an independent project, that’s the milestone that counts.”
— Paolo Chiesa, founder of Ingenium Project
