If the Plugin doesn’t work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number (from your purchase email), or use the customer portal link in that email. Tell us briefly what didn’t work — we may be able to help.

Notes

Consumed Cloud credits and renewals already used may be excluded from the refund where applicable.
