The SEO Template Builder

What it is

The SEO Template Builder defines the structure AISA uses to compose your titles. You drag blocks — AI Text, separator, site title, category, tag, and WooCommerce price/brand/SKU/attribute — into a composition zone, click a block to edit it, and watch a live preview with a character count. Where your SEO plugin has native variables (e.g. Yoast %%sitename%%), AISA writes those tokens so titles stay dynamic: rename your site and titles update themselves.

Requirements & tier

Available with any provider mode. The builder uses native HTML5 drag & drop (no external libraries). WooCommerce attribute blocks appear only when WooCommerce is active. The separator is set once per template and applies to all separator blocks in it.

How to use

  1. Open AISA → SEO Schema Template and select a template slot (Post, Page, Product, Custom 1/2).
  2. Drag blocks into the composition zone (or click + to add); click a block to edit, × to remove.
  3. Pick the default separator for the template.
  4. Optionally configure the Image SEO Template (ALT) and keyphrase sources.
  5. Press "Save all templates". The live preview shows the assembled title and length.

Questions people ask

  • Do native plugin variables stay dynamic? Yes — AISA writes %%sitename%%/%sitename%/%%sitetitle%%/#site_title as appropriate, shown as the plugin's pills.
  • What happens to empty blocks? Empty values (e.g. no WC price) and orphan separators are dropped automatically.
  • Can I show an attribute label? Yes — the WC attribute block can render "Label: value".
  • Is there an image ALT template? Yes — for product images AISA prepends the real catalog product name to the Vision-generated description.
  • How long should titles be? The preview counts characters; keep titles around 60.

Troubleshooting

If WC blocks are missing, activate WooCommerce. If a separator appears doubled or leading/trailing, AISA strips orphan separators on assembly — re-check the preview. If a native token shows as raw text in a plugin's box (e.g. SEOPress), that is the plugin's own widget; AISA's panel renders it as a labelled pill.
