Bulk actions from the post/product lists

What it is

AISA adds its own entries to the native WordPress "Bulk actions" menu on the Posts, Pages and Products lists, so you can select content right where you manage it and queue an AI optimisation into the background — no need to open the Bulk tool first.

Where to find it

In the standard WordPress list screens (Posts, Pages, and Products for WooCommerce): tick the rows, open the Bulk actions dropdown, and pick one of the AISA entries.

Requirements & tier

Background mass optimisation is Premium / Cloud; on Free these actions return an upsell notice. The actions appear on the enabled post types (those turned on in Settings). The "LLMs" action only appears when the GEO/llms.txt feature is active. The edit-posts capability is required.

How to use

Open a WordPress list (Posts, Pages or Products) and tick the items you want.
Open Bulk actions and choose an AISA action: Title and Meta; Title, Meta and LLMs; Image meta (alt-text); Auto SEO Fix; Title, Meta and Auto SEO Fix; or Fix everything + URL (slug with 301 redirect).
Apply; the selected items are added to the background queue and the worker starts — you can navigate away.
A notice confirms how many items were queued and links to the AISA Dashboard to follow progress.
For fix actions (which touch ALT/slug content), the notice recommends a backup (Utility → Backup SEO); each modified post creates a revision.

Questions people ask

Why don't I see AISA in Bulk actions? The post type may not be enabled in Settings, or you are on Free (you'll get an upsell on use).
What does "Fix everything + URL" change? Title, meta, Auto SEO Fix and the slug, with automatic 301 redirects from the old URL.
Why is the LLMs action missing? It only shows when the GEO/llms.txt feature is active.
Do these run in the background? Yes — they queue into the background worker and continue with the page closed.
Can I undo a fix? Each modified post creates a revision (step back one), and a SEO backup taken first lets you fully restore.
What if some items are already queued? They are de-duplicated; the notice tells you nothing new was added.

Troubleshooting

If applying an action shows a Premium notice, upgrade to use background optimisation. If nothing seems to happen, check the Dashboard progress — the work runs in the background; if your host blocks loopback, the WP-Cron fallback handles the queue. Before fix/URL actions, take a backup, since they alter content (image alt, slug). If a redirect was created you didn't want, manage it from Settings → Redirect & 404.
