Filtering content in Bulk (status, language, date, name, provenance)

What it is

Bulk SEO & GEO gives you several independent filters so you can isolate exactly the content you want to optimise before generating anything. You can filter by completion status, by the field that is missing, by language, by modification date, by name (search), and by provenance — whether the SEO was generated by AISA or pre-existed.

Where to find it

All filters live at the top of AISA → Bulk SEO & GEO, just under the content-type tabs: the status buttons, the search form, the language menu (multilingual sites only), the modified-date range, and the per-page selector.

Requirements & tier

The filter bar is part of the Bulk tool, which is Premium / Cloud in full. The language filter only appears when WPML or Polylang is active with more than one language. The provenance filters (Generated by AISA / Not by AISA) rely on AISA's generation stamp on each item.

How to use

  1. Status: click All, Incomplete, Without SEO title, Without meta description or Without AI Context to show only matching rows. On the Images tab the equivalent is "Without alt".
  2. Provenance: use "Generated by AISA" to see only items AISA already optimised (useful for re-runs), or "Not by AISA" to find pre-existing or manual SEO.
  3. Language: choose a language (All · IT · EN · DE…) from the globe menu to work one language at a time and keep content separated per language.
  4. Date: set a start and/or end modified-date to target recently edited (or stale) content, then press "Filter dates".
  5. Name: type in the search box to match by post/page/product title, term name or image title/filename, then press Search (use "Reset" to clear).
  6. Filters combine, and the result count plus "select all N results" always reflect the active filters.

Questions people ask

  • Do the filters stack? Yes. For example you can combine "Incomplete" + a language + a date range + a search term at once.
  • What does "Generated by AISA" actually check? A stamp AISA writes when it produces the SEO, so you can distinguish AI-generated items from manual or imported ones.
  • Why don't I see a language menu? It only appears when a multilingual plugin (WPML/Polylang) is active with two or more languages.
  • Which date does the date filter use? The content's last modified date, so you can find recently changed pages.
  • Does search look inside the content body? No, it matches names/titles (post title, term name, image title or filename).
  • Do filters affect "select all N results"? Yes — selecting all selects every item matching the current filters, across all pages.

Troubleshooting

If a filter returns nothing, check you are on the right content-type tab (status filters like "Without AI Context" don't apply to the Images tab). If the language menu is missing, confirm WPML/Polylang is active and configured with multiple languages. Date filters are ignored if the value isn't a valid YYYY-MM-DD; use the date picker to be safe.
