Bulk SEO & GEO: overview

What it is

Bulk SEO & GEO (the "Batch" tool) is a filterable list of every piece of content on your site, with a per-field status for each row, that lets you generate SEO title, meta description, focus keyphrase and AI Context (GEO) for many items in one pass. It is the same AI engine used everywhere else in the plugin, applied to a selection rather than a single post.

Content is organised into tabs by type: Pages, Posts, Products, then any other enabled post types, then enabled taxonomies (categories, tags, custom), and finally an Images tab. Each row shows whether keyphrase, SEO title, meta description and AI Context are filled, the on-page SEO & GEO score, and (on products) an Images column.

Where to find it

WordPress admin menu: AISA → Bulk SEO & GEO. You can also reach a pre-filtered view of AISA-generated content from the 1-Click report ("see the contents of this batch").

Requirements & tier

The full mass-generation tool is a Premium / Cloud feature. In the Free version Bulk works in a reduced form: only on posts, pages and products, only on the roughly 25% of items unlocked for the Free tier, and within a limited operations budget (shown as "operations available: X / Y"). The feature must also be enabled from the Dashboard, and a working AI provider (your own API key, or Cloud credits) is required to generate.

How to use

  1. Open AISA → Bulk SEO & GEO and pick a content-type tab (Pages, Posts, Products, a taxonomy or Images).
  2. Use the status filters (All, Incomplete, Without SEO title, etc.), the search box, the language and date filters and the per-page selector to narrow the list to the rows you care about.
  3. Tick the rows you want, or use the header checkbox plus "select all N results" to include every matching item across pages.
  4. Choose the action (Generate all, keyphrase only, title only, description only, AI Context, Auto SEO Fix, etc.), pick a provider and a template, and decide whether to skip already-filled fields.
  5. Press Run. A live progress bar and a final report show what was generated; in Cloud the report counts credits, with your own keys it counts tokens.

Questions people ask

  • Is Bulk the same as 1-Click SEO? No. 1-Click optimises the whole site automatically; Bulk is for manual, filtered selection so you control exactly which items and fields are processed.
  • Will it overwrite SEO I wrote by hand? Not by default. "Skip already-filled fields" is on, so existing values are protected unless you choose to force regeneration.
  • Can I work on one language at a time? Yes, if WPML or Polylang is active a language menu appears so you can filter by language.
  • Does it work on WooCommerce products? Yes, products have their own tab, an Images column, and an option to also optimise product image alt-text.
  • What does the SEO & GEO column mean? It is the on-page audit score (percentage of checks passed), computed locally by AISA with no connection to Google required.
  • Can I pick which AI model is used? With your own keys, yes (provider selector). In Cloud the server chooses the provider automatically.

Troubleshooting

If the tool shows an upsell screen instead of the list, you are on the Free tier or the feature is disabled in the Dashboard. If "Run" is unavailable, check that a provider is configured and that the Brand Context business description is filled (generation is blocked without it). If rows show a lock icon, those items are blocked in the Free version — upgrade to unlock the whole site. If counts look wrong after a run, reload the page; scores are cached and refresh shortly after.

Note on speed: Processing time depends on two things: your AI provider's response speed and the server where the plugin runs (PHP workers, memory and hosting). A slow provider or a constrained host makes large batches take longer — use AISA Turbo and run in the background to mitigate it.
