Lovati & Associati: 122 out of 122 pages ready for Google and for AI

An executive search and head hunting firm with offices in Milan and Rome, a site built with Elementor, All in One SEO already in place and more than ten years of articles. Here's what AISA Premium did working alongside it, with figures read from the site on September 25, 2026.

Starting point

A good site, with an archive nobody had time to fix

Lovati & Associati has been recruiting managers and specialists since 2005, with a proprietary method, Precision Talent Match®, plus assessment centers, employer branding, coaching and Fractional HR. The site was already well kept: All in One SEO handled sitemaps and basic structured data.

The problem was elsewhere. More than a hundred pieces of content, service pages and ten years of labour-market news, with titles and descriptions written by hand when there was time and left empty when there wasn't. Redoing them one by one would have taken days a consulting firm simply doesn't have.

The stack

Nothing to tear down: AISA sat next to what was there

AISA runs in integration mode: titles, descriptions and keyphrases land in All in One SEO's fields, where the firm has always seen them. No duplicates, no migration.

What was done

Four steps, one shared context

Brand Context

First, who the firm is

Sector, typical clients, tone of voice (professional, direct), verifiable strengths, offices and terms that must never be translated, such as Precision Talent Match®. Every generated text starts from here.

One-Click SEO

Then the whole archive

Titles, descriptions and keyphrases generated where they were missing, on pages and posts, and written into All in One SEO. Today no published content has an empty SEO field.

GEO

An llms.txt that says something

Who the firm is, where it is, how to reach it, key facts and a list of 27 authoritative pages with excerpts: the document AI answer engines read to understand the site.

New pages

A new page, optimized the same day

When a service page is born, AISA writes its title, description and keyphrase with the same context as the rest of the site, straight into All in One SEO.

GEOmetrix on the homepage (September 25)SEO 100 · GEO 100 cum laude
New Fractional HR pagePublished at 1:43 pm, SEO written by AISA at 4:52 pm the same day

The GEOmetrix scan of the homepage passes every SEO and GEO check: a valid llms.txt, AI crawlers allowed, FAQs, an extractable summary at the top, and name, address and phone consistent with the structured data.

The figure that matters most to the firm is the last one. When the page for its new Fractional HR service went live, within a few hours it already had its title, a description built on the Brand Context and a focus keyphrase, written into All in One SEO and checked against the public page.

The journey

From 88/75 to 100/100 cum laude in a few hours of work

Three phases that, back to back, fit into one afternoon of work. The initial analysis, before AISA, gave SEO 88 · GEO 75. Installing AISA with a first manual setup took the site to SEO 91 · GEO 90. The final optimization, with AISA connected to Claude over MCP, to SEO 100 · GEO 100 cum laude.

It's the combination that gets to top scores. AISA knows what's missing, why it matters and where to fix it; MCP lets the assistant act right away, in the same conversation, with the WordPress user's permissions. Without AISA the assistant wouldn't know what to look for; without MCP the diagnosis would stay a to-do list.

1

Initial analysis · SEO 88 · GEO 75

GEOmetrix scan before AISA: a good site, with an archive largely missing curated titles and descriptions, and the data for AI engines still to complete.

2

AISA installed, first setup · SEO 91 · GEO 90

From the AISA dashboard: the firm's Brand Context, SEO for all 122 pages written into All in One SEO's fields, a complete llms.txt.

3

Final optimization over MCP · SEO 100 · GEO 100 cum laude

Diagnosis with AISA's tools, then the assistant's fixes: structured data and author, five sentences split without cutting anything, alt text on the two logos. A backup before every change, copy approved before going live. GEOmetrix awards the honours when an AI answer engine cites the site's brand.

The final optimization took just over an hour from diagnosis to the last change, and the actual changes less than fifteen minutes. For a site this size, with AISA connected to an assistant over MCP, our cautious estimate is under two hours, often under one.

Along the way we also refined GEOmetrix (version 0.7.12): Italian readability is now measured with the Gulpease index, designed for Italian, on the page copy only; and "Terms and conditions" are only expected from sites that sell online. Some of the fixes made over MCP (author, breadcrumb, social profiles in the schema) will become native AISA features: next time you'll just ask the assistant.

What the AIs say

From a generic description to the firm's own words

Perplexity was already citing the firm before AISA, but described it in generic terms. After the AISA setup, to the same question ("What is Lovati & Associati?", asked in Italian) it answers with the very words of the Brand Context: type of company, services, offices, founding year, clients.

Before A generic description

"Lovati & Associati is a head hunting and strategic HR consulting firm based in Milan, active for over 20 years and focused on recruiting qualified profiles for companies." (translated from Italian)

After AISA The Brand Context's words

"Lovati & Associati is an Italian head hunting and executive search company with offices in Milan and Rome, active since 2005 in recruiting managers, middle managers and specialized professionals for Italian and multinational companies." (translated from Italian)

That's what GEO is about: being cited isn't enough, how you're described matters. The Brand Context written once in AISA reaches the copy, the meta tags, the structured data and llms.txt, and answer engines pick it up.

Next step

From chat, with the permissions of whoever works on the site

AISA SEO Pilot MCP and an MCP connector are active on the site: from the same assistant you can reach Elementor's tools, All in One SEO's and AISA's. For a new page the whole round becomes one conversation: build the draft, audit, optimize, fix, verify. We walk through it in our article on Elementor MCP, WordPress 7 and SEO with AISA.

Honesty

What's left to do, and what we don't measure yet

  • The homepage audit passes 11 checks out of 16: the keyphrase is missing from the first paragraph and the subheadings, because that copy was written by the firm and we didn't touch it without asking.
  • The Fractional HR page doesn't have an H1 in its content yet, its description is 158 characters (3 over the recommended limit) and its social image is smaller than 1200×630. One-minute fixes, already flagged by the audit.
  • Rankings and traffic aren't on this page: Search Console isn't connected to the site yet. We'll measure at 60 and 90 days and update this case study with the numbers, whatever they turn out to be.

Your SEO plugin stays put. AISA does the work that was missing

Yoast, Rank Math, All in One SEO or SEOPress: AISA works alongside them and writes into their fields. Diagnosis is in the free plugin; optimizing the whole archive comes with AISA Premium.
